Can you post a picture of the cable that you are connecting the iPod to in the glove box? Is it a black or white connector where it plugs into the iPod? If it's black then it doesn't charge. You will need the white connector, but please post a picture so that I can make sure, then I can get you the correct PN of the cable. Thanks

you might need and adapter depending on how old your itouch is newer ones run at different voltages.

This is kind of why I am asking for a picture of the docking cable He most likely is using a black cable.

It says he has a 4th gen itouch. What plug would you need for a ipod classic?

apple products have many issues with these head units. Most especially the iphones and bluetooth, but some have experienced with the ipods as well. Most of these issues come with the software conflicts between dodge and apple. Because apple updates their products every 24 hours it seems (yes I don't like apple, you can tell with the sarcasm :P) Its too hard for dodge to keep up with it. I believe they are getting together to try and sort this issue out but im not sure they have. Your not the only one with this issue, but check that the deck in your truck is up to date. AND as others stated that you are using the correct adapter...its a very very picky subject for these trucks.

does your stuff work on your ram? Cause I know that my android powered phone which might I add is fully updated, still connects to my ram just fine :P

I don't want to start anything here! Haha, but dodge and apple just don't seem to go together if you keep updating your iphone and ipods.
