My 4.56 gears and super chip
Got my 4.56's on- they are perfect. Truck always feels awake. Get 1.5 mpg BETTER than my 3.55's. I bought a superchip flash today wich woke it up even more. The only adj I made was for my gears since my cooper zeons are still 275-60-20......
My question is....
I don't want to read the 100+ posts about superchips. Can anyone tell me what the best tune is for a 2010 2wd hemi? I want the best performance and I would like it to shift a little firmer.
I want to thank Hammer for his help with my decision to go with the 4.56's. I will never look bak! I had 4.10's in my 2009. These are better. Love this truck/ this forum. I look at this sh*t all day. ;-)

Good to hear the gears are working out for you. Just remember not to go nutzo with a new ring & pinion...

A gear change is at the top is my wish list! Curious can you tell us what your RPM's are now at 60 MPH with your 4.56 gears. I have 3.21's on a 2wd with stock 20's and my RPM's run about 1400 ish at 60. I am kinda leaning towards 4.10's but have always wondered how much of a difference it would be jumping to 4.56's.
i can tell you at 70 im doing about 2200rpm's. yes i do alot of city driving, lots of hills. i was getting 14mpg originally, then put cooper zeons on which dropped it by 2mpg. Now im back up to 14ish. The 4.56 make the truck alot more drivable in the city. And yes it gets up when has to! First gear is rediculious.... in a good way.
RGV- in my 2009, i had 3.21 and switched to a 4.10. a wonderful change. but i always regretted not going 4.46. So i did when i traded up, along with a detroit true trak.
I actually think a 4.10 with a superchip would be really good as well as i didnt have a programmer before.
Anybody got some good shift points for me on my SC?
also, is the tranny tune upgrade worth the hassle?
