Default Failed inspections-Not ready

I just went for my Mass state inspection.
Well I failed. To be more specfic I failed the OBD Monitor Results
Out of the 8 monitors I failed two Catalyst Monitor and 02 Sensor Monitor with a code of Not Ready. Three of the other checks were ready and three were not supported

They asked if the battery died or if I had disconnected it for any reason. They said to drive it for a few days and come back.

Anyone have the same issue? Any ideas?

Catalyst Monitor Not ready
Catalyst Heater Monitor Not Supported
Evaporative System Monitor Ready
Secondary Air system monitor Not supported
A/C system monitor Not supported
O2 Sensor Monitor Not Ready
O2 Sensor heater monitor Ready
Exhaust Gas Recirculation Monitor Ready

It means that either the battery has been disconnected recently or that you have a programmer and have been swapping programs recently.

I have not done either.
Batter has been fine. Have not touched it.
I do not own a programmer BUT about two months ago I had it at the dealer for a a tie rod recall. I think they may have reprogrammed something. Could that do it? It was probably 5000 miles ago.

so long as it has about 50 miles and a couple restarts all systems should be ready.

bring it back to the dealer, something might be up with computer.
