2012 warranty
Caps,
Previous posters are correct. Vehicle comes with 3/36 basic warranty and a 5/100 powertrain warranty. Chrysler Service Contracts offer Lifetime Maximum Care plans on them for an extra cost which can be negotiated with the dealer except in the State of Florida where the service contracts must be sold at MSRP. Further, the service contract would cover mechanical and electrical items only and not any paint, trim, or maintenance items.
Yeah, they offer life time warranty here too, at spring dodge. Somehow they included, i am sure ur charged somewere on the paper work, because is not free. Its not bad, i have the maximum care warranty which i purchased when i bought the vehicle, and so far i have been using it with no problem, Pay your deductable and go home happy because u didnt spend a whole lot of money.

I bought my Max Care Lifetime contract from http://www.eservicecontracts.com/ which is a Chrysler dealer in Iowa. Very easy to work with and cost me $1900 for my 2011 Ram. My FL dealer was asking $3200 for the same contract.
Blue,
Yeah, Florida dealers must sell at MSRP per state law. They cannot deal on them which many dealers in other states do as you have found out.
Here in Canada, they don't offer lifetime but rather a 7yrs/115K B2B extended. If you buy it alone they charge nearky 4000$ and if bought within the same bill than your vehicule, they cut the price by half.
