Anyone ever installed an audible backup alarm on there RAM..Was thinking about installing one.Don't know if it is a good idea or not..

 

Sounds like a great way to tick off the neighbors every morning.

 

I do that every morning with my service truck anyway.Just thought it would be a better way to alert people that I am backing out while those careless idiots are texting while driving or blabbing on the phone,not paying attention.I don't want my truck hit.

 

They do work! If only to alert you of your dangerous action.... You can get one that just plugs into the backup light.....

They sure do get the attention of others, and are a great tool for new drivers..... Forces them to pay attention, and actually prevents unnecessary backing.

 

I have train horns under my truck, trust me, it gets their undivided attention alot quicker than those back up alarms do.
To the little schoolgirl, texting at the stop light one day, she pissed herself, now she pays attention...hehehehe

I`m mean like that ya know....HAHAHAHAHAHAAAAA
Ther is nothing worse than people that DONT or WONT pay attention out there, i LOVE reminding them. Makes my day...hehehe
