Default Aftermarket Keyless entry

Hey, I tried searching for the answer to this question and came up short.
To make it short, I don't have keyless entry, I have power door locks, but no factory key fobs. I was wondering is it possible to purchase aftermarket key fobs and program them to my vehicle.

I used to work for Hyundai and I know that you can program aftermarket fobs to their vehicles, but only the dealer can do it, and your car has to already be equipped with factory fobs (all your doing is erasing the signal from the factory fob and replacing it with the aftermarket fob, same set up if you lost a fob and bought a new one.)

Thanks guys.

I have a kit that is for 4 doors has 4 locks 2 fobs the control unit wiring. If you want I will sell it to you minus the power locks for 25 bucks plus shipping . I bought the kit for my older truck and was gonna put power locks in but I changed my mind I paid hundred bucks for the set up/ I could use the locks for a project but I don't need the rest. I sold the truck before I got around to it. I actually have 2 of these in a box complete with the locks75plus shpping for the setup with the locks.
PM me if interested

No you cannot. You cannot even program keyles modules that have previously been programmed to another vehicle either. So, if you buy used fobbs, they will not work for any vehicle other than what they have been initialy programmed to. One time only memory I guess??

I suggest you get the remote start kit from the dealer. It comes with a new WIN (Wireless Ingnition Node) and 2 brand new FOBik. When installed right (by the dealer) you will end up having 2 new FOBik, remote start and keyless entry... The kit in canada is aprx 300$ (less than buying 2 FOBik alone) and around 500$ when installed at the dealer...

I had dodge fobs for my chevy caprice in 1990.

All 2010 Crew Cabs and Quad Cabs with power locks already have the WIN Module needed to enable remote locking.

I ordered a refurbed FOBIK off ebay (the company somehow "reset" the Fobik so it would except a new vehicle) for $40 and had a local tech at a Dodge Dealer do the following:

-Add sales code GXM to vehicle options.
-Under Diagnostic procedures with Wi-tech do a restore vehicle reconfiguration.
-The Wi-tech will then reset.
-Go into the WCM under Misc functions hit the Reset WIN configuration.
-Clear all codes then program the new keys.

I now have functioning remote locking on my 2010 Crew Cab ST.
