Call any dealer. Look one up and call. Plugs for a COP 5.7 Hemi or just spend half that amount of money and get some Autolite XP5325 Irdiumns.

Agree with Dirty Dog on plug choice. I had a 1998 Ram 5.9 litre(360c.i.) for 15 years and platinum plugs are great for a short time but get worst as time goes on. The champion truck plugs were great in the truck and at the end the standard NGK spark plugs with the v-groove worked really well. In the second generation I would use NGK's again. I only have a few thousand miles on my 2012, so will keep my eyes open on what is recommended and what works the best.
