Hey all, just bought a 2010 ram 1500, and i noticed a weird little sensor around the midline of the dash at the base ofthe windshield. It looks almost like a nipple and i have no idea what it is. I can post a picture later, just thought i would ask and see if anyone knew off the top of their head.

The vehicle didnt come with a build sheet or a key fob so i have no idea if it has remote start or if it even has anything to do with that.

It's a light sensor, so when it's dark your automatic headlights turn on.

I always thought it was a little mini camera put in there by the government to monitor any sexual activity that might take place in the cab.
