Too funny DD! That post is what got me started looking into the issue. I do realize that the shifter is quite contradictory, and I didn't want it anyway...family of 6 fits better when there is no center console. As for the build codes for USB, who knows, all the codes end in 's'. Not too worried about that. No extra buttons either for lumbar. What I would really like is the 60/40 split for sure. Sucks to have to remove a child seat everytime I want to get something from underneath. 115v would be great...I guess I can live without the other stuff though if I did pay for them I'd like some compensation for their value.

Customer Service finally got someone at the dealership who is willing to work with me on the issue. He was going to take it beyond Customer Service so we will see. Funny thing too is that the dealer purchased it and sold it to me as new and didn't tell me the warranty and satelite radio were already 2 months in!! Customer service said they would fix that.

(I miss the power seats and the 60/40 my '02 SLT had.)

For what its worth the Hemi pulls a helluvalot better than the 360 Magnum...no doubt!! No regrets on that end of the deal!

As for the sticker...I gave the sales manager a copy and he gave it back. That was the Ahole who made me feel I was wasting his time and pushed me to Customer Service. Even Customer Service said he was "not pleasant to work with"!!!

I find most sales managers to be that way. I'd go over his head and bring your concerns directly to the Dealer Principle. Tell him/her you are done talking to him and no longer want anything to do with him since he no where near being helpful. Bring him up to speed with all your paper work and what has been done and said. The buck stops at the DP and is, as most often the case, likely not even aware of the situation. Be civilized but be persistent.

As for the rear seat that's an odd one as I didn't think they even came any other way but 60/40.

That is because they dont deal with as many customers/closings so they have a little more patience. Plus, since you have gone to Chrysler and he has prob talked with them, it'll make him look good not only to Chrysler but the owner/s of the dealership.

That would be false advertising brother..regardless of a misprint, that should have been corrected.

So, that means they should be giving you a refund for what you paid and did not recieve!
I doubt they are willing to provide the product and pay the dealer to install as that would cost them much more.

I wonder how much they do this to their stickers to decieve and charge the consumer extra?
I would put in a complaint with the BBB regardless of outcome.

This crap still continues. They tell me that mid production they changed the outdoorsman package and the truck mistakenly had the wrong sticker. Chrysler said they sent the dealer another sticker, dealer said they never got one. The dealer said that even though the sticker was wrong they said the invoice wouldn't have changed. Chrysler said the new sticker would have had the same MSRP. I asked how a truck could have the same MSRP without certain options. They said that is based on package discounts. Whatever! The Chrysler gal said she couldn't do any more for me, dealer said they can only offer me a 2 year extended warranty (for free). I said I wanted compensation for the difference in the options! Dealer said no way can they do that. Basically they are both pointing fingers at each other and I am getting no where. CRAP!!!

My 2010 1500 big horn with the buckets up front has the 60/40 rear. My cousin's 2012 2500 and boss's 2500, both STs, one with cloth one with vinyl have a solid rear bench.
