might have to spend a few bucks and talk to a lawyer to see what kinda legal options you have. Sometimes just letting a business know that you have talked to a lawyer can achieve results whether you have taken legal action or not.

Going on 6 months now...Chrysler told me on Monday they would let me know by yesterday and no results. I even told them that the problem could be solved by giving me half of the options...the rear bench and the 115v plug. What a pain in the ***!!!

Alot has happened since my last post...the dealership agreed to spray in a LineX liner which is awesome and I told them that is great and all but this does not fix the issue with Chrysler!!! I want my seat and plug!! I cannot get past customer care. I got the district rep number and the rep chewed out the dealership for giving out the number. It seems like I am dealing with an insuance company. Deny the claim and see if they will go away. I love the truck but customer service is CRAP! Heck Honda replaced the master window switch on my 2010 van with no questions asked.

Contact you states attorney general. They can be quite helpful and usually get things resolved quickly.

Really? Customer Care closed my case after almost 6 months claiming a sales dispute and they cannot do anything. Went back to dealer and none of the people, salesman or sales manager, are there anymore. Spoke to a manager who was at the store when I bought it and went thru the same thing...you bought this truck at a severe discount blah blah blah. He is going to look into it now...been 2 weeks and nothing. Like I stated in other posts...Chrysler and Dealer say there is a problem, nobody wants to be resonsible.

I know I'm not you, and thast there is some principle involved here; but, if it was me, I'd be happy with the spray in liner, and extended warrantee........ heck, I migt even be willing to ay for a LARGER extended warrantee if the price was right.

Heck, sometimes, monetary consideration can override principle. I'd cut my losses, and take their offer, even thanking them for the help.

I don't disagree with you at all. It is not the dealer I am upset with other than I cannot get past them to gt to Chrylser. I was hoping the dealer would fight more than they did...I have the liner and the $ value would make up for the options, maybe, I just thought that Chrysler would step up and do something for me not so much the dealer.
