Small Side Mirror Replacement

Hello,

I have a 2011 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4. It has the power heated flip out trailer mirrors. The small mirror on it is broke and I would like to change it out (this part is not power). Is it possible to do without taking the full mirror off?

I have done some searches on this site and other but can't seem to find a way to change them out.
