Default Hid headlamps from factory in 4th gen?

Hi, have tried to search a little about this, and can't find there is any hid headlamps from factory (maybe I'm poor at searching). In my 2009 there is a couple of stickers in the drivers door, and one of them stating that the car have manufacturer installed H.I.D headlamps. Isn't hid the same as xenon?

I have mounted extra xenon lights for the high beams, and in the process one of the headlamps was taken out, no ignitors/ballast as I recall, and the light in the headlamps is nothing like xenon (yellow and not much light at all). The headlamps are quads.

2011 and prior year RAMs did not have HID or Xenon headlights. Just standard halogens. No idea what sticker you may be seeing - that makes no sense. Take a picture and post it...

Maybe this will work, first time with pictures.."May" seems to be the word, anyway should indicate that have thought about installing hids. Could just be a sticker that is mounted on all types of vehicles. Had my hopes up as the car have the display/navigation.

It worked. Looks like some type of generic sticker. Your 2009 truck does not have factory HIDs.

I have a 2009 also and have the same sticker. I just assumed it was some standard sticker that got put on. OEM HID's were not available on our RAMs. I wish they were but even now they are not available.

Ditto, same sticker in my 2009 Sport.

The 2013 will be the first year you can get HIDs from the factory.
