Are TPS same for all years
I bought a set of extra wheels an tires w/sensor`s for wintertime use, didnt work, had to re-flash to make them work.
SOOO, instead of the re-flash, i did not do it, wasnt worth the BS & cost, because i`ll be putting my stock OEM wheels back on for summer.
FROY, where in upstate ny do you live...?

First of all it's "TPMS" Tire Pressure Monitoring System.
A "TPS" is a Throttle Position Sensor. HA
Dodge did change the TPMS RF signal and the design of the system either for 2009 or 2010. I believe it was 2010 but not 100% on that. If so, they won't work. If the sensors are compatible for your year, you will NOT need to have them programmed. They should program themselves.
Schrader 20398 TPMS Relearn / Reset Procedure for Chrysler, Dodge, Fiat, Jeep, Ram, Volkswagen
Pulled from a website online;
"Your vehicle was equipped from the factory with a Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) that turns on every time you start the engine.
The TPMS Relearn Procedure for the Schrader 20398 original equipment tire pressure sensor is very simple and will require no programming, relearn, or diagnostic tools.
Your vehicle will automatically learn the new tire pressure sensors after driving for 10 minutes or more above 15 MPH. "
I'm not sure if these are OEM or replacements. All Manufacturers will probably differ for the relearn procedure.

I`m sure everyone knew what FROY mean`t (TPS vs TPMS)

Yes, thats how they re-set themselves, BUT, thats if they`ve already been previously flashed before you road tested it. I would already assume that the dealer had re-flashed yours before you left there... thats why they re-set after you drove it a couple miles.
