Sorry my error you have 5 year power train warranty and 7 year rust perforation warranty, go speak to your dealer to resolve your issues.

2009 Rams have a 3 yr bumper to bumper, 5 yr rust and lifetime powertrain warranty.
The Powertrain warranty is valid for the original owner only, with conditions.
I don't know what Canada's truck warranty is.

In Canada, the corrosion warranty is 3 years and 5/160 for Outer Panel Corrosion, whichever occurs first, if defective. I would recommend having the vehicle diagnosed as soon as possible because any corrosion damage that is neglected and allowed to worsen until holes develop may not be covered under the warranty.
