2012 Ram 1500 w/ 6" RC lift sags
My truck is about three months old. I just recently had a Rough Country 6" lift installed. It rides fine and looks good. However, The rear drivers side sits right at 1" lower than the passenger side. I took it to a different shop than the one that installed it and they removed both coil springs and they are the exact same length. They also checked the entire lift and everything seems to be installed correctly. It has hardly any gas in it so that shouldn't be the problem. We are all a little dumbfounded. They even swapped sides with the springs to see if one was weaker than the other and the sag was still there. Any ideas? Thanks!!
Did the lift come with a new track bar or drop bracket? Is the axle sitting centered in the rear?
If you have already verified that the springs are not the problem then I would disconnect the rear track bar and sway bar one at a time to see if the truck levels out (obviously don't drive it with them off or disconnected)

I believe it came with a new track bar. It is the $1400 Rough Country kit. I'm not to familiar with the specifics of the installation. I just know about the springs because I was watching when they checked them. The problem us that I am now dealing with a new shop. The shop that initially did the install made so many mistakes that I had to go to a different place. The new place checked everything and he said that it looks good. But he just did a quick once over. Its hard to get him to really study it since someone else did the installation. And I sure can't afford to pay for another install. There has to be something simple that was done incorrectly during the install. I wish I would have just saved my money and left it alone.

So take a look at the truck from the rear and see if the axle looks centered under the truck. Then take a look at the kit bill of materials and see what was included (track bar or drop bracket). Then make sure it was actually installed.
I think us trying to say what is wrong is next to impossible, one of those things you need to be there to look at. Can you post pics? Would like to see the RC with the 6". What is the height if you measure from the ground to the top of the cab (putting the ruler down to the ground between the cab and bed)?
