2013 Speaker Replacement
Does anyone on here have instructions on how to remove/install new speakers on a 2013? I've seen write ups on earlier models but even Crutchfield doesn't have anything yet on the 2013 model Ram. Thanks
FRONT DOOR SPEAKER
3.Remove the speaker mounting fasteners.
4.Disconnect the electrical connector and remove the speaker
INSTRUMENT PANEL CENTER SPEAKER
4. Disconnect the electrical connector and remove the speaker.
SUBWOOFER - STAN/QUAD/CREW CAB
- Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
- Remove the front door trim panel
3.Remove the speaker mounting fasteners.
4.Disconnect the electrical connector and remove the speaker
INSTRUMENT PANEL CENTER SPEAKER
- Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
- Remove the center instrument panel speaker grill.
- Remove the speaker mounting fasteners.
- Disconnect the electrical connector and remove the speaker .
- Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
- Remove the instrument panel speaker grill.
- Remove the speaker mounting fasteners
- Disconnect the electrical connector and remove the speaker.
- Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
- Remove the B-pillar lower trim .
- Remove the speaker mounting fasteners.
- Disconnect the electrical connector and remove the speaker.
- Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
- Remove the rear door trim panel .
- Remove the speaker mounting fasteners .
4. Disconnect the electrical connector and remove the speaker.
SUBWOOFER - STAN/QUAD/CREW CAB
- Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
- Remove the mounting fasteners to the subwoofer housing.
- Disconnect the electrical connector.
- Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
- Raise right rear seat to access the subwoofer.
- Remove the mounting fasteners.
- Disconnect the electrical connector and remove the subwoofer.
- Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
- Using a trim stick, remove the speaker cover from the headliner .
- Remove the two retainers holding the speaker into the headliner .
- Disconnect the electrical connector and remove the speaker.
