Default 2014 Ram with same issue

I'll watch to see if it's the same problem. 6 days old, hope this isn't a trend!

Default 2nd dead Battery, numerous Low Battery warnings

Found 2nd dead battery <7 volts. Noticed many many times the display will say "Low Battery, Start vehicle to adjust air suspension" Also noticed that the vehicle will self-adjust (you can hear air pump kick on) the suspension even when sitting with no key and parked. If it's windy or you bump vehicle most times the air adjustment kick on.
Battery and air suspension related issue??

Ron1111,

I have had an opportunity to look into this issue a little further for you. Based on the displayed message you are seeing, a lower than normal battery voltage can result in the error you've experienced. This may be caused by a possible connection issue between the Air Suspension Control Module (ASCM) and the battery.

Have you had an opportunity to have a diagnosis completed?

Keep us posted if you can.

Chrysler was very slow to return my money for a 2014 ram they could not fix. The guys in suits during my meeting tried to intimidate me but it didn't work.
My advise buy Japanese they have better quality and service standards. Just think about the ratio of vehicles per brand on the road per dealership with service. Certain brands are made to be serviced more often and certain brands put way too much emphasis on the sale. Hope you enjoy your Ram, I got rammed in the *ss!

You mean the JAPANESE Honda that have 5.5 Million defective airbags out on the street ?

Defective Airbags made by another Japanese company.

If they bought your truck back, why are you still here waking up 8 month old threads?

Agreed. If you don't have a 4th Gen Ram any longer then i'm not sure why you are wasting your time (or ours) by bumping old threads to throw your 2c in on topics that have nothing to do with the actual thread.

I'm all for being pissed off if someone buys a lemon, but there's a limit lol.

I don't see an issue with the OP letting everyone know how this played out. Doesn't sound like a pleasant experience to me and it's been almost a year he's had to deal with it.
I'd be ticked off too but it's okay for someone to not share the same sentiments most everyone here does about these trucks.

Um, that's the whole problem. He has not told us ANYTHING about how the problem played out. His last post on this topic in this thread (which he started) was 11 months ago and said "It's fixed!" Now almost a year later he comes in and says nothing more then "Chrysler was slow to return my money". So we are left to ASSUME that he must have used the lemon law to get a refund. But what was the problem? How many times did it happen? What did they say it was? their is no details whatsoever. The whole basis of this website is to help other Ram owners. What has anybody learned from this thread based on his posts? That SOMETHING happened in the last 12 months since the post stating "It's fixed!" and now and he no longer has a Ram. Wow, thanks for all that insight! I sure learned alot.

Not to offend but you do sound like a fanboy coming off like this. Some things don't have any answers....like what was wrong with his truck. If they knew, it would have been fixed and he could tell us what was going on with it.
I'll summarize for you....without the gory details needed, after a year of the same issue where his truck wasn't fixed he had a meeting with the corporate suits. Probably trying to convince him to get back in another Ram, he decides he'll just take the cash and move on. That's it. Informative to what happened but unfortunately not what the issue was.
