The original OEM GoodYear HP 20inch tires themselves are the main issue for chopping... they`re JUNK.
I replaced my 20inch HP`s with BFgoodrich touring TA, no chopping in 50,000 miles, rotated every other oil change.
Some tires will chop more than others even with proper alignment specs.

Found out I have a radial tire pull. I cross rotated the front tires, now the steering wheel is dead center.

I beg to differ with this statement, as I have been riding on 20 inch wheels now for 9 years and rotation has been a normal, every 6000 miles with no problems whatsoever. Where did you hear this?
