My 2010 1500 had bad squeaky doors for a while and I used a teflon spray lube on them. After doing that a few times I haven't had to spray it for a couple years.

I have to do my drivers door about every 6 months, haven't had an issue with the other 3.

No squeaks from the doors yet on my 2014. On the 2010 I had to oil the drivers door pivot about once a year. But the brake pedal has squeaked on both the '10 and the '14. The '10 had no grease at all on the brake actuator shaft (where it meets the brake pedal arm). On the '14 it just isn't enough.

I use clean motor oil (5w30 or?) in a small hand pump. I've never once heard a squeak from mine in the 6 years I've owned it. Whatever you use, it needs to be runny to lubricate the bushings.
