Cool water pump

216,924 on my 09 rambox cc hemi . took it in to dallas dodge and had a appointment at 7:30 ... i told the new guy I could hang out about a few hrs . they were trying to find a water leak . kept it all day only seen him one other time in 8 hrs . he finally came around and said they would need to keep it over nite . he lost track of time .

about 5:00 pm got to the enterprise . next morning around 10:00 he called and after pressure test and added dye the water pump was leaking .

i have the Max Care on it . should be 100.00 deductable , go to pick it up and they waived the 100.00 for me having to wait all day with nothing being done

so all I had to pay was the taxes on 1 day rental
we will call that GOOD

Nice. One of the reasons I love my dealer is they have their own fleet of loaner cars, so if you ever have a major service they just give you one and you keep it until they are done.

I keep watching for what you are having to get fixed on your truck since you have 100K more than mine. Figure it is a good indicator of things that might come along in the next couple years.

I would take my whole day back instead of 100 bucks. That service advisor is a doofus.
