Default Help!!!! 4x4

My 2011 ram 4x4 does not engage. My back tires will spin free for a long period of time but no movement from my front tires at all. Ive tried all modes and get the same results. (4wl , 4wLOCK & 4Auto) can someone please tell how to resolve this issue ?

Are you verifying this by putting it on a lift or jacking it up?

Default update

So I lifted the truck up and all four tires were spinning correctly. I stopped the driver side tire and the passenger did not speed up like it was supposed to. So I tried the opposite , come to find out the front driveshaft was not spinning anymore so I went back inside the truck to check everything out now it has a" serv 4wd " light . Turned the truck off and back on and the code was gone so we tried again. Me and a buddy got underneath to see if we could here any noise coming from the transfer case. We couldn't here anything at all only the front solenoid. My buddy thinks its something jn the transfer case that might be causing this problem. I didnt want to take it to the dealership because I think I have vioded my warranty by putting a 6" suspension lift on the truck. But what do u guys think of this situation ?

They will need to prove the lift caused the problem. 6" will be extra wear on components as they are not designed for it but worth a try.

The lift definitely isnt the problem. ...the problem was the transfer case. They did not tell me exactly what though.
