UPDATE!!!!

Finally found the issue. My front axle shaft was slipping out of place due to a bad clip. It took a 15 mile drive with a tech and 70mph on a lift to notice where the vibration was coming from but it seems we've found it. New parts come in next week and I'll post back once confirmed its indeed fixed.

Final update!!

The truck drives like a dream again. After 31k miles of vibrating along at highway speeds I am a happy camper. They replaced the axle shift and put in a new clip and she runs like new again. Surprisingly this wasn't the torque converter, bad tires, or bent driveshaft (usual suspects).

Sounds like you ran into a weird uncommon issue, glad to hear the dealership finally got its act together for you.
