I have to agree with everybody else here, that kind of mileage just isn't possible on a 5.7 Hemi.
At 506 miles on a trek from Omaha to Phoenix I averaged 18.8 and just over 19 by the time I hit Phoenix.

Edit: That was running 88, 89, and 91 octane, depending on what was available at each station, some had no alcohol, most did.
