UGH! So frustrating. Truck dies and won't restart.
I purchased a 2011 Ram 1500 Laramie Quad Cab 4x4 this past weekend. Drove it home (7 hours) from Las Vegas and had absolutely no problems. Last night I took it to town. The wife and I stopped to pick up some dinner. While I ran in to pick it up she waited in the truck. The truck died. When I came back out it wouldn't start. It would crank, it would seem like it was going to start and wouldn't. Called my daughter to come pick us up. When she got there I tried again and it started. I drove it home. When I got home I let it run in the driveway. Low and behold it did the same thing. Any thoughts?
P.s. On another note, while driving it home from Vegas the wife played with the butt warmers, coolers, and steering wheel warmer. They all come on and then turn right off and the butt warmers for the back seats don't work at all. Not sure I made a good choice in buying this truck.
Please someone tell me these are easy fixes.

It may be something as stupid as a ground, but I would advise getting a diagnostic from a dealer and get them to print you a "Scan Report". I could probably tell you quite a bit from looking at it.
