IS THE TOTALLY INTEGRATED POWER MODULE COVERED UNDER THE LIFETIME POWER TRAIN WARRANTY FOR A HEADLIGHT PROBLEM?

X2. And even then it's fairly limited. But TPM is absolutely not covered.

I am actually about to replace my TIPM... Went off roading and the cover popped off and water got in it disabling my Power windows, power locks, interior lights, EVIC steering wheel buttons, Utility switches, and Windshield wiper Fluid. Ohh and I had to disconnect my horn completely because it was constantly going off. So yeah...

Even without the cover, that water must have been awful deep.

Take it out of the truck with all the connectors disconnected and let it dry out. If you get some film on the terminals, spray them with some rust penetrant and dry them off. You may not need one.
