I got a special free installation with the purchase of gears and install kit from 4 Wheel Parts in Austin Texas. I have heard good things so we will see. I also ordered the 5100 bilistein adjustable struts that i will install and get the front end aligned at a shop and i will be set. Well that and the wheel spacers for my stock rims and gladiator 35 12.50 r20 tires

good comparison of 3.92 with 32.5 tires being the equivilant ratio to 4.56 with 35" tires. thats actually only slightly more aggressive than stock 3.92 with 33" on 20's.

that said you could probably have the dealer reprogram the truck the same as if you had stock 3.92 and 20" wheels and the speedometer/ shift points would be quite close.

So from info im gathering, only stock gears can be used because in the front diff the gear is welded instead of bolted to the carrier. The rear with the factory locker is offset in the diff. The lowest gears offered stock in the rear are 4.11s and the front are 3.93s. Im going to try and find a front diff out of a 2012 or later and machine it to fit some 4.56 gears i have sitting around. Then i can figure the rear end which seems easier. I will keep this updated with what i find out.

welded? ain't never heard of such. I think it's more a problem that no aftermarket company supports zf axles.

I ran into the same problem with 4 wheel parts, I have a 2014 and they said the same thing. Please let us know immediately if you find a way to do this.
