Turn signal bulb replacement
You have to take the whole lamp out. There should be 2 fasteners holding it in ..let the tailgate down.
There are 3 bulbs in a socket "tower" that is held to the back by 3 T-20 screws.

Just make sure you pull the lamp housing straight back, other wise you'll need some new plastic retainer clips. (Not that I've done that - twice)
Open your tailgate and looking at the bed's edge near the tail light housings locate the two T20 (I believe it's T20) screws. Take them both out. Then using your fingertips pull the housing straight back carefully. On the outside edge (closest to the rear wheel) the housing is held in with rubber pockets that hold studs. It's a press fit. A little bit of wiggling can help.
Once the whole housing pops loose you will see how to remove the bulbs.
