Just wondering what combination of tires and aftermarket rims some of you guys have in your 4th gens with no rubbing.
I want to run some 18x9 xd's with 0 offset with 305/65/18 (33.6x12x18). I think it will work with no rub, but not sure from what I've been researching I can't figure out what offset to get to absolutely prevent rubbing.
So in ur posts i want to know ur rim sizes, rim offset and tire size. No rubbing.
You should be good with 0 offset on a 9" wide rim. So 4.5" backspace. You would need to do the math if you went with a 10" wide rim. I ran xd misfits 20x9 0 offset no rub w/rancho quicklifts.

The tire is going to be about a inch wider. stock is 11 inch's wide.
For what it's worth, my 2012 had a 2.5" front level and I ran 20x10, -24mm offset wheels with 305/55/20 tires. No rub at all, even without the lift this setup didn't rub...I had these on my 2014 over the summer, no lift, no rub either.
is this a half ton or a 3/4 or 1 ton truck??
on every 2500 I have owned, 33 's fit with room to spare, NOT much,
35's rubbed on every one a LITTLE
in stock mode
so adding any lift will clear 33's with room to spare
ON a half ton, ?? cannot help haven't owned one in yrs!
