Question 2014 ram 2500 HEMI SMOKING

i have a 2014 ram 2500 4x4 with the BIG Hemi . it has been smoking on start up every now and then so i take it to the DEALER and they tell me after the first oil change or around 4000 miles it should quit smoking ??? well it did NOT stop smoking and is back at the dealer ! they have done everything that dodge has told them to do and still don't know why it still smokes ! they are BAFFLED as what to do now so they told me to come get it and they will monitor the oil consumption !!! REALLY the truck has a little over 4000 miles on it ! what the HELL SHOULD I DO NOW ? LEMON LAW ?

What color is the smoke? White, Gray or Blue? Is the oil low on the dipstick between oil changes?

The Lemon Law is useless to you at this point. Read up on the Arizona Lemon Law to see what it covers. Here it is quoted from the AZ DMV page:

Under the Motor Vehicle Warranties Law, the dealer from which you purchased your defective vehicle is allowed a "reasonable number of attempts" to bring your car to the standards defined by the express warranty; 4 attempts to repair or a combined 30 days in the shop qualify as "reasonable."

If after that number of repairs or amount of time the defect has not been corrected, you are entitled to a vehicle replacement or a refund of the purchase price (minus a fair amount for the time the automobile was used successfully).

I would still push the lemon law regardless.
