I gave a call to the dealer today and was told nothing is covered under my max care warrenty. I was wondering if anyone knows of the rrt/tsb bulletin for my issues. I would probably need the page to print please. Ahh ok.
Does anyone have a link to the puddle lights for a replacement? also looking for a lock for the tailgate.
Im frustrated ... thanks

Issues are
Standing water and condensation in both driver and passenger mirror lights.
Drivers side turn signal no longer works in the mirror.
As for the lumbar, it started popping and clicking a little while back while adjusting and now it does nothing.
As for the tailgate lock I was looking for a link to an old post where I could just buy the lock.

Thanks for the help. Wes

just had my lumbar support repaired under the maxicare. I had a $100 deductible. The nice thing is the lumbar was on a work order for another issue also covered by maxicare. Only had to pay the deductible once.

What was the lumbar issue fix? Mine died years ago. I jut bought a back pillow from Brookstone. Cheaper than the deductible....
My puddle lights filled with water as well. Fixed under warranty and never had another issue with them. I was going to just drill a small hole to let the water out, but they manged to do a good job and since then no water.
Now my seat cover is starting to crack on the left side of the drivers seat...after almost 6 years......

Any advice on installing those puddle lights? Looking at the new ones they have a large snap tab on one side. Im wondering if I could get to that without forcing the mirror downward and potentiall breaking the glass. Any input?

Did the dealer state the repair of the lumbar seat was based on a tsb? Is your warranty a Chrysler service contract?

No on the tsb. Just thought there might be one. He told me the switch may be covered but not the support is not and to bring it in for him to look at. And I have a bumper to bumper chrystler service contract. I was also planning on bringing it in for some service at the same time
