Default heater hose inlet leak

this is my first leak of this kind so any advice is greatly appreciated!

2009 ram hemi. miles" 104K

as title says my inlet hose is leaking at the pump. is this a press in item or is it held in by a bolt etc???

is the o-ring a specific size or do i just get an asst box and match as close as possible? dealer specific part?

is there a proper procedure to replace it?

thank you!

Did you ever find an answer to this as I believe mine is leaking from where the hard line or tube goes into the front of the engine under the water neck and I'm not sure how it is together

Just a quick question, are you both sure it is the hose and not the water pump itself? From what I can remember, there is a weep hole on the pump that indicates a bad impeller. Replace the hose, pretty cheap and see if it truly the hose and not the pump.
