fog lights not working have new bulbs cant find fuse or relay where are they any help would be nice or insight. light indicator comes on in dash showing fog lights on but no actual lights come on.

Sorry about that, its a 2010 sport quad cab 4wd

 

You may be SOL with the TIPM. I didn't see any fuses used for the circuit. From the drawings it looks like the fog lamps are driven by some kind of circuit that is part of the TIPM and not serviceable. Here is the link, check for your self.
