Not many aftermarket exhaust shops deal in stainless. That's what the factory system is, and the only exhaust I would consider unless planning to keep the truck three years or less.

My non stainless exhaust was still fine after almost 4 years. And i live in New England. But any exhaust shop can get stainless if you ask them to. It typically comes in 10' lengths which means one piece should be all they need. Not that expensive.

They can get it, but most are not set up to work with it. I've asked several and they say they can't do it. I assume that it's A) harder to bend and B) you need a different welding setup.

What about converting a 3" exhaust from the outlet to a 4" pipe and run it to the bumper. What advantage or disadvantage is there?

4" Is way too big. It's a myth that having a much larger diameter exhaust will increase performance. In fact, it hurts performance. Magnaflow explains it quite well: http://www.magnaflow.com/07techtips/faq/question10.asp

Assuming that's true, you've already been given a solution. I would want stainless, but you didn't state a preference. And there are places that will do stainless, but they are fewer and further between. This isn't rocket science, just tubes.

I opted for the exhaust exiting before the rear wheel but he said if i wanted to go over the axle and out the back it was only another $120.00.

Meineke shops are privately owned franchises. They have all the pipe and benders needed to do most anything. So even if you don't have a performance muffler place near you, just find a Meineke and talk to a manager.

Several potential solutions have been provided in this thread. If there is, in fact, no aftermarket exhaust available, your only option is custom made.

Perhaps you'd be better off just sticking with the stock system then? It has worked fine for me on my Hemi for 76K miles.
