Default Weird door lock/radio issue

So here's my situation. I bought a used 2013 ram in the summer. It passed the certification process and had about 35k on it. As soon as I got it, the door locks and radio (8.4) have been acting funny. With the door locks, at first it seemed like if I hit the unlock button twice or something, it would mess up the system. The doors wouldn't unlock at all and pressing the lock/unlock would activate the tailgate lock only. But it seems like I could hear the door lock actuators but not actually do anything. I would use the emergency key and start the truck. Usually it would be fine for a few days. Then it happened again, In fooling around with the locks, I must have played with The drivers door lock manually. Then it got weird. Like the locks were out of phase, meaning when the drivers door opened, the other 3 locked. At that point I brought it to the dealer. They checked the radio, did some recall work, then replaced the drivers door actuator.l. It was fine for a while. Then about 2 weeks ago, I noticed that both passenger locks would not lock. Either withi the key fob or door button. However if all 4 doors were locked, they would unlock. I made an appointment to bring it to the dealer this Tuesday because my 90 day warrante is about to expire. Yesterday, I was playing with the passenger front lock manually and now everything is working. I know the dealer isn't going to be able to do anything of the problem isn't present. Has anyone else had something like this go on? Also, I intermittently get the "vehicle phone requires service" message (which I reported to the dealer last time they fixed the lock) also I have seen the small display in the instrument cluster reboot while driving (I also told the dealer last time I was there, they said nothing was wrong). And even more odd, the damn clock keeps becoming 5 minutes slow. I think that something is wrong with the radio, but the dealer said that wasn't an issue. Anyone else have this happen to them? It's driving me crazy. This crazy electronic stuff makes me wish I had kept my 2003 ram
