Do you think the recon lights could cause that ah $hit?

As others have stated, clean the connector and go back to the original bulbs. I don't want to alarm you about the TIPM but it is a direct connection from the TIPM to the bulbs. The only thing between them are the connectors at the TIPM and at the bulbs.

Here is a link to the wiring diagrams.

Well hopefully it's something with the connectors then, really hope not the TIPM. I'll check that out and get back

I had a look at it today, checked the plug and looked good, sprayed some contact cleaner at the terminals and no change. I just happened to be looking at the headlight at the right time I move the plug and light came on. The plug recon uses that goes to the stock plug isn't making a good connection so I'll have to take it apart and fix that, stupid recon.

Glad you were able to figure it out.

I have purchased a ton of Recon products, and only had one issue with a tail light led being out. They promptly sent me a new tail light.

However, that popular Made somewhere other than here crap is stamped all over the place.

Ya I can see that, I've heard mixed reviews about them but they seem like they aren't to bad, other then this lol.
