Can anyone tell me if 275/65r20 will fit 20x8.5 Boss rims?

Also they have a +14mm offset. Does anyone know how different that would be from the stock 20" rims off a 2010 1500?

Yes, they will fit, that is a 33" tall by 10.8" wide tire. With a 14mm offset, they will stick out further than the stock 20's, probably a little past your fenders. Sounds like a nice looking package.
