The saga continues. The 2nd dealer diagnosed an entirely different problem at much less cost. It turns out that I do not need the heating elements. The 2nd dealer tried a new heating element and the code did not clear. A heater module and pigtail/connector is on order from the 2nd dealer.

I wonder what the first dealer would have done since he ordered two new heat elements?
