Reprogramming

Good Morning, can you tell me if you have to reprogram a 2010 Dodge Ram after transmission instillation?

You shouldn't have to. It may take it a little bit to learn your driving habits, but no reflash should be required.

I have also moved this to the 4th gen section.

if the old trans was slipping; ideally you would want to relearn the shift adapts to prevent harsh shifts... as was already mentioned; the trans will relearn on it own but it may take 2-3 days of driving.
