Default Wierd howling noise

I have a 2010 Dodge ram 1500 4.7l. I have always had this noise just never really thought much of it till lately. I decided to go ahead and fix it and I can't figure out where it's coming from. It's definitely from the front end but it sounds omnidirectional. It start at about 10-30mph then the engine drones it out. It only happens under light acceleration. If I give it gas it goes away. If I let go it goes away. The only time it does it at idle is on a hill. The truck runs smooth so I know it's nothing too serious. Only, 88700 miles on it. I tried the idler and tensioner, new belt. Tried fan clutch. It sounds like a bearing. Like an oscillating whowhowho

I thought that as well but it happens when driving straight. I can turn the wheel either direction and it doesn't affect it
