4wd lights flashing

4wd lights flashing
I had 2011 ram 1500 both 4wd and 4low lights are flashing when turn to it but 4wd runs just fine. It happens when I lose control and run over pile of snow and got stuck when I got back on the highway 4wd drive lights keeps flashing when I turn to it. Any suggestions or help?
