My boyfriend has a 2015 Dodge Laramie without the rain sensing wipers. He really would like to have them. Is it possible to add or upgrade the truck to have them. If so how much would it cost? Time frame?

Not easily or cheaply. There is a whole lot of electronics involved then getting the system activated by the dealer. IMO, not worth the hassle when you can just turn a ****.
