Default upstream O2 sensor drive cycle

Good Morning.. New to Dodge trucks.. I have a 2010 1500 Laramie 4x4 with the 5.7.. I bought the truck for very cheap as it needed a new motor and some other minor fixes.. New motor was installed by a shop and all is good.. except.. When I went to smog ( California ) it shows "Not Ready".. I go back to the shop and mechanic says drive it for 100miles and don't go over 65mph.. I asked if it has to be 100 miles or can it be more ? min of 100.. so we loaded up and went about 200ish miles.. came back and hooked up to monitor.. says everything good except upstream o2 not ready.. Gave some instruction on drive cycle and that did not work.. Is there anything other than the whole cold start-warm up for 2.5min ac on and rear defrost on.. then go 55-65 15 min- slow down without using break let idle in gear for 2min.. blah blah blah.. just need to fix.. I contacted Dodge and they said "oh just go drive it" that'll work.. any help would be awesome.. PS.. I love this truck...
