Default Mopar headers and error code P0132

I installed mopar headers and catalytic converters. I keep getting P0132 error code. I've tried everything and can't solve this problem. Any suggestions?

What brand converters. What did you do with the O2 sensors?

I used the mopar dealer cats. Barola supplied them for Dodge as part of the long tube headers package. I placed the sensors in the correct supplied places. I got error code.
I tried:
1) spark plug fouler spacer
2) porcelain screen on rear sensors
3) 90-degree elbow spacers on rear sensors
4) 3 different pinhole spacers in elbow joint on back sensors
5) new sensors

Thanks for responding.
