Lost 2nd driver settings for driver memory seat

And now can't program and hold 2nd driver memory settings for 2012 Longhorn Laramie 3500 Crew Cab. Seat and pedal settings for 2nd driver wont stay but side view mirror setting will. Anyone with similar experience? Recommendation?
