RAM 1500 engine squeal or squeak

I have a 2013 1500 with the 5.7L Hemi. A week ago it started making a squeak and accelerated with engine RPM's. Belt and Tension Pulley replaced. Service tech then replaces Horizontal balancer (vibration dampener) but it persists. Now they say it could be the torque converter and torque plate. Anyone hear of this or experience this problem?
