Default 3.6 v6 tick

Hey guys, my '16 crew is Making a ticking noise similar to the Hemi tick but doesn't go away when warmed up. I'm thinking lifters....anyone else have it? Dealer says it's normal but it never did it up until the first oil change. Almost seems like there isn't enough oil in it...but there is.

I have free oil changes by the dealer. Everything is done by them or myself.

It sounds like it to me but I've never owned a Hemi. I've heard some online but it sounds just a bit different. Could be the quality of the videos or my speakers lol. I think I'm going to take it to another dealer and see what they say....a second opinion lol
