Default 2012 Trucks pre-wired for power seat?

A friend has a 2012 Ram 1500 4x4 Hemi (SLT I think). She bought the truck used and it doesn't have a power driver's seat, and my friend is quite short and has a tough time dealing with the low drivers seat. Would her truck be pre-wired for a power seat so she could just find a power seat from a wrecked Ram and plug it in? She is 500 miles from me so I can't just search for a plug under the seat myself, but I'm guessing all the trucks may have been wired at the factory, for the power seat???

Maybe.... on the older trucks, I think the only difference between wiring harnesses was for manual, or auto trans..... every other plug was there, regardless of if the truck actually HAD that option..... She should be able to peak under the seat, and see it though....

Here is a picture of the electrical under the drivers seat. Can anyone confirm if that white plug would be for a power seat?

So far as I know, the power seat just needs..... power..... and maybe a ground..... everything else is on the seat.

My assumption as well. I would just like if someone with a power seat could unplug their white connector and see if that renders their seat inoperable. That would confirm for me that I could put a power seat from a wrecker into her truck. Anyone able to take 30 seconds and do that please???

make sure you get the pre 2013 seat. Body changes on 2013 and up could have affected the wiring. Anyway, I just looked under my 2017 big horn and the seat uses 2 connectors, not just one. Just go out and find the seat first and see what connectors it needs and then compare with her truck.
