Default Oversize tires on 20's. Who has them ?

Hi guys. Im a frequent visitor of the 3rd gen and diesel forum . Trying to help my nephew out. Search here and google hasnt helped me out much. Any help appreciated.
He has a 2011 1500 4wd with 20's. All stock. No lift. He would like to put a little larger and more aggressive looking tire on stock wheels without a lift or spacers. Any suggestions? Thanks much! Pics appreciated as well if possible 😃

What size tires does he have on it now? Generally, you can go an inch larger without any problems, sometimes two.....

I have been running 275/65/20 (34 inch) tires on my stock 09 for years and have had zero problems with them. I run the Cooper AT3's and they work great, actually I just put my 3rd set on there this summer.
