Default Head Gasket Sealer

I have tested my 2009 Ram 1500 4.7 with the Block tester and I'm assuming this is a yellow result,
,
I do not see any other signs of the head gasket failure I want to know if anyone has opinions on the Blue Devil pour and go sealant I do not want to pull the head as I do not feel comfortable doing it myself and I have heard good things about this product. I would value any suggestions on using it as well My main concern is most videos I have seen are on non aluminum heads I heard it is a non flexible sealer which I guess is undesirable for aluminum heads

honestly, i would only use a sealant like that if i were getting rid of the vehicle in the immediate future, because as mentioned they are known to plug up radiators/heater cores ect as well
