Default No heat on driver side...

Truck is a 2011 Ram 1500 Lone Star edition (not dual zone HVAC & manual control - 3 turn *****). Problem is no heat on driver's side or on defrost. I have heat on passenger side out of floor and upper vents. Drivers side upper and floor vents and defrost all blow cool air. This seems strange for not having dual zone controls. I took it into a shop for diagnosis asking they just troubleshoot. The shop pulled the following codes:

B11CB-92: Main / Left Temperature Door 1 Control-Performance or Incorrect Operation
B105D-00: Recirculation Door Travel Range Too Large
B1058-92: Recirculation Door Control-Performance or Incorrect Operation
B11C2-92: Front Mode Door 1 Control-Performance or Incorrect Operation

From that, they recommended replacing the actuator motors. I went to autozone and found 2 actuator motor part numbers, but nobody could tell me which was for which and appearance wise, they seemed all to match (size weight, drive type and screw mount locations). I replaced 3 actuators, 2 below dash and one behind glove box. It made no difference. I turned the pins by hand that are connected to the doors for the actuators and all seemed to be working properly and not broken off.

So my questions are:
1) Anyone know what is going on based on that info?
2) How many actuator motors are there? Did I miss one, if so, where is it?
3) I have seen several threads and posts on the web about flushing the heater core and that fixing the issue, but I don't understand how that could solve the issue... if the heater core is plugged, wouldnt the heat be poor, but uniform?
4) Could the coolant thermostat have any impact on this? The truck seems to take a long time to warm up compared to other vehicles.

Thanks in advance - I tried to search this forum among many others before posting this, but so far haven't found an answer other than the heater core suggestion.

I have the same issue... 2013 Big Horn Crew Cab. More air flow on passengers side. With the heat on high, cool to luke warm air on drivers side. If the truck warms up for 15 minutes or so, I get some heat on drivers side if the fan is set on low to medium. Been debating flushing the heater core but with the truck running both heater core hoses are hot which lead me to believe that the coolant is flowing just fine, I might go ahead and do it anyways to to satisfy my curiousity. Couldn't hurt. Another thread I've read says that the heater core has two chambers and that sometimes the drivers side chamber can get partially clogged and this could cause the issue. Another side issue is that the air flow on my drivers side is also somewhat less than the passengers side; about 25% less.

Default Fix?

Did you determine what it was. Same thing is happening to me 2013 Ram Laramie Longhorn.

One or more of your blend door actuators has failed. There are 5 motors used and they all have the same part number(68048902AB) according to the mopar fiche for 2011.Later model years could be different.Rockauto has good pricing on them. This explains and illustrates how they work.

thank you I have seen all but one of the actuators move. However that doesn’t mean they are working properly. Time to remove the dash and see what’s up.
